1 - orders and delivery

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd. Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

2 - returns, exchange & refunds

Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd believes in secure eCommerce and will provide a 14 day money back guarantee for the products and services that are bought online. Total amount will be refunded excludes original P/H at fixed price $16.5 AU wide. Goods maybe returned at buyer's expense within 14 days after purchase. In terms of exchange, Mr Australia Garments Pty Ltd will send buyer replacement garment free of charge.
